Rajendra Agricultural University Bihar Convocation 2013 Application Form Download

Rajendra Agricultural University (Bihar Agricultural University) released the official notification for the 7th Convocation Program 2013 which is scheduled to be held on 30 Oct, 2013 at 10.00 A.M. 
All the students whose results have been declared in between 01.01.2009 till 31.8.2013 should have to submit their application to the registrar before 30 Sept, 2013 in the prescribed format (download link is given below), along with the demand draft of Punjab National Bank of Rs. 550/- for UG (Under Graduate) Students and Rs. 800/- for PG (Post Graduate) Students. Important: 
1. A full dress rehearsal for the convocation program will be held on 29.10.2013 at 11.30 a.m.

Before filling the Form please read the guidelines. Enter the Nationality, Religion, Parental Annual Income and click on Apply for Scholarship.

Fill the Online Application Form and Submit. Fill the application as per the SSLC Certificate and Prepare Parents Income Declaration in a Non Judicial Stamp Paper and get it signed by the Father or Mother. 

Take a Printout of the Form and attach necessary documents (Parents Income Declaration, Nativity Certificate, Attested copies of educational certificates, Photo Should be affixed on the Application Printout and Sign on the Photo) and Submit it to the Head of the Institution where the student is studying. 

There is some filed to be filled by the Institution and Sign on it and Affix Institution Seal on it. After the institution authenticate the application form send it to the State Department.
