State Council of educational Research & Training (SCERT), Uttar Pradesh will declare the BTC Merit list district wise available at online Official website www.upbasiceduboard.gov.in soon. Uttar Pradesh Govt has recently closed the UP BTC Online Registration on 22nd August, 2013. UP govt has offered Basic Training Certificate course for appointment of Teacher in Basic Primary school.
