www.awesindia.in - Recruitment of PGTs, TGTs and PRTs in Army Public Schools

Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) every year conducts online screening examination to recruit PGT/TGT/PRTs in 133 Army Public Schools spread across the country. The selected candidates will be issued a score card with a validity of 3 years. This score card will be given preference while there are any recruitment in AWES / CBSE schools. There are currently 7000 teaching faculty are working in Army Public Schools and every year AWES recruit more than 1000 teaching posts as per the requirement. AWES released Employment News No- B/45706/CSB-13/AWES in www.awesindia.in about the CBS Examination 2013. Interested candidates meeting the qualifications can register themselves for this examination from 23^rd September to 21^st October, 2013.

AWES Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2013 Details

Post Graduate Teacher

Subjects: English, Hindi, History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Psychology, Commerce, Computer Science, Informatics, Home Science and Physical Education

Age limit: not more than 35 years

Education: Post Graduation with B.Ed. in the respective discipline with not less than 50% marks.

Trained Graduate Teacher

Subjects: English, Hindi, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Political Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Education: Graduation with B.Ed. in the respective discipline with not less than 50% marks.

Primary Teacher

Education: Graduation with B.Ed with not less than 50% marks.

Age Limit: 29 years

AWES Selection Process

The selection of Army Welfare Education Society will be in two stages. One is online screening examination and the second one is interview.
